F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions.
Rita Carbaugh has been hired as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
Carbaugh will be responsible for developing and managing a mortgage portfolio and pursuing new mortgage opportunities from current and prospective customers, home builders, and real estate agents.
Carbaugh previously was a mortgage originator for Members 1st Federal Credit Union.
The Chambersburg resident will be based at F&M Trust’s Memorial Square Community Office in Chambersburg.
Celeste Tressler has been hired as Assistant Loan Operations Manager.
Tressler will work with the Loan Servicing Manager to ensure the prompt, effective monitoring and servicing of approved loans for all types of customers, and to ensure compliance with the bank’s operating policies and procedures and with outside regulatory requirements.
Tressler previously was a loan processor for Quorum Federal Credit Union.
The Greencastle resident will be based at F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Elijah Blauch has been hired as a Marketing Coordinator for Cumberland County and the Greater Capital Region.
Blauch will be responsible for supporting the bank’s overall advertising, branding, and sales approach, executing strategic marketing initiatives, and coordinating the bank’s involvement in a variety of community events.
Blauch previously was marketing coordinator for Londonderry Village.
The Mechanicsburg resident will be based in the Carlisle Crossing Community Office.
Darletta Hay has been hired as Assistant Community Office Manager for the Mont Alto Community Office.
Hay will lead internal sales activities, promote exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational standards are upheld. Other duties include opening a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts, taking consumer loan applications, referring customers for other bank products and services, and promoting team sales success within the office.
Hay previously was a branch leader for Truist Bank.
The Greencastle resident is a member of the Cumberland Valley Business Alliance and Greencastle Exchange Club, and has volunteered for financial literacy programs throughout Franklin County and Greencastle’s Old Home Week.
Cindy Helman has been hired as Assistant Community Office Manager for the West Washington Street Community Office.
Helman will lead internal sales activities, promote exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational standards are upheld. Other duties include opening a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts, taking consumer loan applications, referring customers for other bank products and services, and promoting team sales success within the office.
Helman previously was a branch leader for Truist Bank.
The Hagerstown resident has served as secretary and board president of the Humane Society of Washington County, volunteered for Girl Scouts and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County, and participated in Relay for Life in Greencastle and Heart Walk in Chambersburg,
Sami Attrill has been promoted to Financial Services Representative III for the West Washington Street Community Office.
Rachel Caustic has been promoted to Lead Financial Services Representative for the Mont Alto Community Office.
Mary Conklin has been promoted to Lead Financial Services Representative for the Shippensburg Community Office.
Eric Fleming has been promoted to Credit Officer.
Chanda Green has been promoted to Treasury Sales and Support Specialist.
Kia Treml has been promoted to Marketing Communications Specialist.
Marsha Williard has been promoted to Lead Financial Services Representative for the Marion Community Office.
